8. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data from our active systems. Some information may be retained in backups for a limited period or as required by law.

GymBruhs is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.

If you enable push notifications, we store the necessary device information to send you notifications about:
Friend activity (when enabled)
New followers (when enabled)
Weekly wrap summaries (when enabled)

You can manage your notification preferences in the App's settings at any time.
11. Geographic Availability and Data
Service Availability: GymBruhs is currently only available to users located in the United States. We use IP-based geolocation to verify user location during the registration process. If you are located outside the United States, you may join our waitlist, which collects your email address, country, and IP address solely for the purpose of notifying you when service becomes available in your region.
Data Storage: All user data is stored on servers located in the United States. By using the App, you consent to the storage and processing of your information in the United States in accordance with U.S. data protection laws.
12. Third-Party Services
Our App uses the following third-party services:
Stripe: For secure payment processing (subject to Stripe's privacy policy)
Vercel: For hosting and anonymous performance analytics
These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy in the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

15. International Users
GymBruhs is currently only available to users in the United States. If you are located outside the United States and have joined our waitlist, we collect and store your email address and location information solely to notify you when our service expands to your region. This waitlist data is stored in the United States and processed under U.S. law.
We do not currently offer services to users in the European Economic Area (EEA) or other international regions. If we expand our services internationally in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy to address applicable regional privacy regulations, including GDPR compliance for EEA users.
