GymBruhs Affiliate Program Terms

1. Program Overview
The GymBruhs Affiliate Program, operated by J5 Productions LLC ("GymBruhs," "we," "our," or "us"), allows approved participants ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring new subscribers to GymBruhs. By participating in this program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

 

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn 25% commission on the net subscription amount (after any discounts are applied).
Commissions apply to all future payments from referred customers for the lifetime of their subscription.
Commission rates may be adjusted at GymBruhs' discretion with 30 days notice.

 

3. Payout Terms

Payouts are processed when your earned balance reaches $100 or more.
Payouts are made via Stripe.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
Payouts are processed monthly for balances meeting the threshold.

 

4. Activity Requirements
To remain eligible for commissions, Affiliates must:

Maintain an active GymBruhs account in good standing.
Post at least one photo to the GymBruhs wall per month.
Failure to meet activity requirements may result in suspension of affiliate status and forfeiture of pending commissions.

 

5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are prohibited from:

Self-referrals: Using your own affiliate code for personal subscriptions.
Fake accounts: Creating multiple or fraudulent accounts to generate referrals.
Spam: Sending unsolicited messages, emails, or promotional content.
Misrepresentation: Making false claims about GymBruhs, its features, or pricing.
Paid advertising without approval: Running paid ads (Google, Facebook, etc.) using GymBruhs branding without written permission.
Trademark misuse: Using GymBruhs logos, names, or branding in unauthorized ways.

 

6. Brand Guidelines

You must use accurate and approved messaging when promoting GymBruhs.
Do not make claims about features, pricing, or benefits that are not officially stated by GymBruhs.
You may not imply official partnership or employment with GymBruhs or J5 Productions LLC.

 

7. Termination

J5 Productions LLC reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion.
Violations of these terms will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship with written notice.

 

8. Tax Responsibility
Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on earnings received through this program. J5 Productions LLC may require tax documentation (such as a W-9 for US-based affiliates) before processing payouts exceeding $600 in a calendar year.

 

9. Independent Contractor Status
Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees of J5 Productions LLC. This agreement does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship. Affiliates are not entitled to any employee benefits.

 

10. Confidentiality
Affiliates agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared by GymBruhs, including but not limited to conversion rates, internal metrics, and business strategies.

 

11. Modifications
J5 Productions LLC may modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

 

12. Limitation of Liability
J5 Productions LLC's liability under this agreement is limited to the amount of unpaid commissions owed to the affiliate. J5 Productions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

13. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spokane County, Washington.
